Absolutely Fabrics · Case study
Styled collection ads, a smoother online store, and connected email journeys helped a Toronto boutique carry its identity from discovery to purchase.
We built the advertising around how its customers discover fashion.
On Meta, our MADE YOU (A) LOOK collection ads presented complete, styled outfits rather than a stream of isolated products. Shoppers could see how the pieces worked together and explore a curated selection. The ads brought the boutique’s eye for styling into the feed.
That approach gave Absolutely Fabrics a distinct presence while doing a clear commercial job. The collection creative recorded a 15.24× return on ad spend in Meta’s reporting.
Google complemented that discovery by reaching people already searching for specific designers and products. Together, the channels connected inspiration with buying intent, while retargeting brought interested shoppers back to the collections they had explored.

Driving someone to a beautiful product was only part of the job. We also needed to understand what stopped them from buying.
Using Shopify data, analytics and session recordings, we examined how people moved from browsing to product pages, cart and checkout. Our recommendations focused on practical barriers: finding the right designer or category, shopping on mobile and reaching the next step without unnecessary effort.
Following the initial CRO work, the rate at which product viewers added an item to their cart was 20.4% higher. More of the interest reaching the store was turning into purchase intent.
We also helped rebuild email capture around the shopping experience. Brand-fitting forms and a clear first-order incentive gave visitors a reason to stay connected without interrupting their browsing. Welcome, abandoned-cart and abandoned-checkout flows then helped turn that relationship into sales, giving interested shoppers another route back to checkout.
Online revenue reached 2.41× the comparable prior-year level.
The wider business was growing too, expanding to a second Toronto store. Our role went beyond buying traffic: we connected advertising, merchandising, the website and email so they could work together.
For Absolutely Fabrics, growth did not require abandoning its identity. It required carrying that identity all the way from the first ad to the final purchase.
