Mr. Pergola · Case study
A premium pergola brand entered Montreal’s market with bilingual campaigns, tailored landing pages, and a clearer path from interest to enquiry.
This was a major home investment. Mr. Pergola needed homeowners who valued the design, understood the price and could see the benefit of using their outdoor space across all four seasons.
That made broad interest a poor measure of success. A beautiful pergola could attract plenty of attention from people who were never going to buy one.
The business needed to establish its place in a local Montreal market while bringing the right people into the sales process. We had to make a new brand worth considering without making a premium product look like a bargain offer.
We led with premium visual creative on Meta. The ads put the pergolas' design and quality in focus, helping homeowners picture the product as part of their own space. The four-season positioning gave them a reason to consider it beyond a short summer upgrade.
We created ads in both English and French, bringing the premium offer to Montreal homeowners in their own language while keeping the brand’s look and tone consistent.
We carried that presentation through to the landing pages. The design and message supported the premium offer, while clearer pricing helped set expectations before the first sales conversation.
Our quiz funnels added another step between curiosity and an enquiry. They helped prequalify homeowners and give the team context about the project. The aim was to keep the journey easy to complete while asking enough to understand whether there was a fit.

Meta gave the product room to be seen and understood. Google reached homeowners already looking for a solution.
We used those different roles together. Visual advertising could introduce Mr. Pergola to potential buyers, while search campaigns captured demand further along in the decision. The landing pages and quizzes connected both channels to a more considered sales journey.
Meta generated 2.14 times the prior-year lead total, with cost per lead down 29%.
Mr. Pergola gained more opportunities to pursue through an approach built for the realities of a premium purchase. Creative communicated the value. Landing pages reinforced it. Quizzes helped assess fit before the conversation reached the sales team.
Our role was to help the business compete on the strength of its product, with a system designed around the homeowners most likely to value it.
