Strathmore · Case study
Account-based targeting, search, and seasonal campaigns helped a commercial landscaper reach property-management buyers across its service markets.
More leads at approximately half the cost per lead.
For Strathmore, growth was not about reaching anyone who needed landscaping. It meant reaching the right people at the right companies, responsible for properties where presentation, reliability and service standards mattered.
These buyers manage valuable commercial assets. Grounds reflect the quality of a property. Snow and ice can affect access. Coordinating service providers takes time away from other responsibilities.
Strathmore needed to show that it understood those pressures and could be a dependable partner. Broad exposure alone would not do that. The marketing had to reach a specific group of commercial decision-makers and give them a reason to consider the company.

We used an account-based approach on LinkedIn, targeting contacts at property management companies responsible for top malls, business centres and commercial buildings. The focus was on reaching relevant people within the right businesses, rather than relying on a broad professional audience.
Our messaging spoke to their priorities: dependable service, clear accountability and less time spent coordinating contractors. It connected Strathmore's landscape and snow-management capabilities to the demands of running high-end commercial properties.
Google played a different role. It captured active demand from buyers searching for a provider. Meta maintained visibility and brought in additional enquiries, keeping Strathmore present beyond the initial introduction.
We adjusted the approach as priorities changed. Ahead of winter, investment shifted towards Google and Meta. Snow-removal searches received more coverage in key service areas, while winter creative replaced weaker fall ads.
We also reviewed the enquiry experience. After the team spotted drop-off around a property-size question, the landing-page call to action changed from “Start Now” to “Contact Us”. Submissions subsequently returned.
The work supported Strathmore's expansion by reaching the property management businesses it wanted to serve, then creating several routes for those buyers to make contact.
One winter campaign delivered 50% more tracked Google conversions at about 54% lower cost per conversion.
The wider story was precision. We helped an established commercial landscaper get in front of the right companies, stay visible and capture demand, with the approach shaped around the properties it served and the people responsible for them.
