Gronk Fitness · Case study
Campaigns built around priority products and higher-ticket equipment helped turn a famous name into more opportunities to sell the wider range.
Revenue more than doubled compared with the previous year.
Brand recognition can get someone’s attention. Buying a leg press, rower or functional trainer is a different decision.
These are considered purchases. Customers need equipment that fits their space, training goals and budget. A familiar name alone cannot answer those questions.
For Gronk Fitness, the challenge was to support a wide catalogue while giving the right products room to grow. Higher-ticket equipment was an important part of that plan. Individual products needed their own attention without disrupting campaigns already bringing in sales.
We built the campaign structure around those buying decisions.
Branded Google campaigns captured shoppers already searching for Gronk Fitness. Campaigns covering core brands and categories supported the wider range. Priority products received dedicated copy, landing destinations and campaign support, rather than relying on the same message for every piece of equipment.
This gave us more control over where the budget went. We reviewed which products were attracting spend and which were generating results, then adjusted product groupings and investment. If one campaign weakened, we could respond without pulling back across the whole catalogue.

On Meta, we developed new-customer campaigns around higher-ticket equipment, following the client’s commercial priorities. Dynamic product retargeting brought relevant equipment back in front of people who had already shown interest.
Google helped capture demand. Meta supported discovery and brought interested shoppers back. Together, the channels gave priority products more opportunities to reach buyers throughout the purchase decision.
Our role was to keep that activity aligned with what the business wanted to sell. We protected working campaigns while making room for new opportunities, using product performance to guide the next move.
Revenue reached 2.4× its comparable prior-year level.
The story went beyond promoting a recognisable brand. It was about supporting a growing equipment business with a campaign structure that could respond to its products, customers and commercial priorities.
Gronk Fitness had the name. We helped put more of the range in front of people ready to buy.
