The Bike Zone · Case study
A new store launched in under two weeks, with seasonal offers and lifestyle-led creative keeping the focus on sales through a difficult transition.
A migration puts a working business through a major change. For The Bike Zone, the stakes extended beyond getting a new site online. Advertising still had to produce sales, and those sales needed to justify the investment behind them.
There was little room for a long handover between website work and campaign planning. The team also had to give shoppers a reason to buy as the riding season slowed.
The brief demanded speed, coordination and a clear commercial focus. We needed to launch the new store and make it part of the growth plan from the start.

We completed the full migration in under two weeks.
Alongside the website work, we organised advertising around the products and buying opportunities that mattered. Google campaigns covered different price ranges and parts of the catalogue, including components. Meta brought sale products back to interested shoppers and supported demand for the wider offer.
Cranksgiving gave that work a timely focus. We launched the promotion with a dedicated sale destination and campaigns built around the offer, connecting the ads to the shopping experience.
Creative had an important job too. We moved beyond presenting bikes as products on a page. The approach sold the energy of riding and the active lifestyle customers wanted to be part of. That gave the advertising a stronger emotional reason to choose The Bike Zone, alongside the seasonal offer.
We treated the migration and marketing as connected parts of the same business challenge. A faster launch mattered because it put the new store to work sooner. Better creative mattered because the new site still needed customers who wanted to buy.
Sales and return on advertising improved through the transition. The client reported online sales at 2.5 times the comparable prior-year level, crediting the new website and advertising together.
The Bike Zone entered its next stage with a new storefront, a live seasonal campaign and a stronger approach to selling the riding experience. We helped the business move quickly without losing sight of the return it needed from growth.
